You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Product Delivery

All our free downloadable products are available for direct download after login. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded upon purchase. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.

Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. You need to open an account with our site to download any of our products (free or paid). There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour and up to 24 hours depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

LICENSE

All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). Our themes may be used by our customers on as many websites as they like.

Modifications

The photoshop design files for our themes come packaged seperately and are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted under harmonythemes.com.

Updates

All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.

Ownership

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of HarmonyThemes. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Refund Policy

Since HarmonyThemes is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we provide full refunds not later than 24 hours after your purchase, but only in that case, when your theme has not been downloaded yet or if downloaded file/item has been corrupted or not as described.

Privacy Policy

No information submitted by a buyer will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.

Price Changes

HarmonyThemes reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, prices with or without notice.

Warranty

HarmonyThemes does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that HarmonyThemes templates will work with all browser combinations.

Age Requirements to Use Our Products

By registering for our products you hereby declare that you are 18 or over 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully competent to enter into the terms and conditions described here. Our products are not intended for children. If in any case, you are under 13, please do not use our products.

Support Policy

Our Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us and how we provide support. After you have downloaded a HarmonyThemes product, you are eligible to ask support for issues you might face with our product(s). Once a clear and understandable support query is placed, we try to provide a solution via email. 

Here we are sharing the detailed policies we maintain for support.

1. Support Language

Currently, we are providing support in the English language only. We expect our valued customers to place a support request in clear and decent English language so that we don’t have to guess what you are expecting from us. Please be as clear as possible. 

2. Support Priority

Our customers with valid paid product subscriptions will always have priority over our free product users.

If you have purchased a product from Themeum and have a valid subscription, you are eligible to get priority support from us. We will continue supporting you as long as you have a valid subscription.

3. Support Channels

HarmonyThemes provides support via emails, WordPress.org support forums, knowledge base, and tutorials. Although we like to socially interact with our users, we do not usually provide any support via any other communication channels, especially not via PM, Facebook, or Twitter.

Many support queries and technical questions are already answered in the documentation, how-to guides, and FAQs. So, before sending a support query, please make sure you have read our documentation for the particular product you are using.

4. Supported WordPress Versions

WordPress 5.4 or later.

5. What Our Support Covers

  • Any WordPress compatibility error arising from a fresh product install
  • Help with the functionality of our products, which is not specified in our documentation
  • Issues with HarmonyThemes theme and plugin installation
  • Issues relating to broken HarmonyThemes product functionality

6. What is NOT Covered by Themeum Support

  1. Software damage caused by hacker(s) attacks
  2. Issues caused by older versions of PHP, MySQL, or so on
  3. Products purchased from anyone other than HarmonyThemes
  4. Compatibility problems with 3rd party products
  5. If you are unable to provide us with the subject website URL and access to its WordPress backend
  6. Any errors relating to the product’s code customization (PHP and/or JavaScript) 
  7. We do not support any version of IE (Internet Explorer)

7. Definition of Modification Support

We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered support and what is considered modifications. If your request for small modification or customization help only causes us to publish just a couple of lines of CSS or JS code, we may assist you. Due to the current load on our support team, we can allocate up to 30 minutes of CSS customization free of cost each year.

If your support query requires additional modification of the product then you have two options:

  • You may wait for further development of the product.
  • You may consider hiring a developer. You can also post on our Facebook groups and contact the recommended companies or developers.

Affiliates Program

You cannot earn commissions by offering coupons, discounts, or deals for HarmonyThemes themes or templates unless explicitly specified and approved.
You cannot earn commissions on your own affiliate purchases. Affiliates that are found to be in violation of the Affiliate Program terms will forfeit commissions related to the aforementioned violations and may result in termination of the affiliate account with or without notice.

Lifetime License

The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Product. It does not mean the buyer’s lifetime or any other assumption of the term. The product lifetime is not defined at the time of purchase. HarmonyThemes reserves the right to announce the end of Lifetime of a product any time within 30 and 90 days prior notice to the Customer.
